History of le Perchoir
My name is Marie-Laure. After several years in the restaurant business and running a family business, I decided to take some time out and think about where I wanted to take my professional and private lives. It’s thanks to my family that I’m embarking on the renovation of the Linder house, which I’ll be acquiring in 2019, and after careful consideration I’m basing my project around ecology, nature and a guest house. The house, ideally situated at altitude with an incredible view, reminded me of a cosy nest perched on a Douglas fir forest, where tranquility and rejuvenation go hand in hand. The idea for the name came naturally.
